<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interconnected network control system and a method for guaranteeing the order of pieces of information and suppressing deterioration in performance of an interconnected network. <P>SOLUTION: An interconnected network control system of the present invention includes an interconnected network 2, an order guarantee buffer 3, an order information control unit 4 and a reading-out control unit 5. The interconnected network 2 has plural input ports and plural output ports, and outputs information input from the input ports to the output ports, which are output destinations of the information. The order information control unit 4 adds order information defining a reading-out order of the information to the information input to the input ports for each output port as the output destination of the information. The order guarantee buffer 3 stores the information output from the output ports.
