<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrain variation of thickness of a lamination iron core due to a thickness deviation of an iron core piece in manufacturing a lamination iron core. <P>SOLUTION: A lamination iron core 50 is manufactured by punching a strip material 30 fed from a lot strip material 38 of an uncoiler 12 into iron core pieces of a predetermined shape with a die 20 of a press 18 via a buffer 14 and a leveller 16, and sequentially laminating the iron core pieces. When an inclination of a longitudinal direction of width of the thickness deviation of a width direction of the lot strip material 38 being used is identical to inclination of a longitudinal direction of the thickness deviation of a lot strip material 48 to be used next, the lot strip material 48 to be used next is rotated to the lot strip material 38. When the inclination of the longitudinal direction of the thickness deviation of the lot strip material 42 to be used next is opposite, the lot strip material 48 to be used next is not rotated to the lot strip material 38. Two kinds of lot strip materials with different inclinations in the longitudinal direction of the thickness deviation are overlaid on each other, and punched and laminated under such a condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
