<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymeric emulsifier capable of producing a dried coating film having an improved film-forming capability at a low temperature, improved transparency, and improved surface smoothness. <P>SOLUTION: The polymeric emulsifier includes 5 to 20 mole% of a structural unit derived from a polymerizable monomer having a structure comprised of a polymerizable double bond and a hydrophilic group bound together via at least 4 to 16 atoms therebetween as its copolymerizable component, with the 1/2 method temperature of the resulting copolymer measured by a flow tester being not lower than 40°C and not higher than 140°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
