PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication circuit device, electronic apparatus and the like which make it possible to reduce power consumption by suppressing transmission/reception of an unnecessary packet.SOLUTION: A communication circuit device comprises: a processing part performing radio communication processing; a host interface performing interface processing with a host; and a reception buffer to which reception data included by a packet received from a partner side communication circuit device is written, and from which the host reads out the received data through the host interface. The processing part replies with non-acknowledge to the partner side communication circuit device, when the reception buffer becomes a full state by the reception data received from the partner side communication circuit device; and makes an operation mode migrate a normal operation mode to a low power consumption mode, when the number of the replies of the non-acknowledge caused by the full state of the reception buffer reaches a given number N. |
