The present invention provides a non-aqueous secondary battery which has improved safety and does not undergo the deterioration in battery performance. The non-aqueous secondary battery comprises: a positive electrode (10) which comprises a positive electrode current collector (11) having a multilayer structure composed of a resin layer (13) and metal foils (14) intercalating the resin layer (13) therebetween and a positive electrode active material layer (12) formed on the positive electrode current collector (11); and a tab electrode (41) which is electrically connected to the positive electrode (10). The positive electrode current collector (11) has a connection region (M) in which the resin layer (13) is not intercalated. The tab electrode (41) is welded and fixed to the connection region (M) of the positive electrode current collector (11) in such a manner that the tab electrode (41) can be overlaid on a part of the resin layer (13). |
