<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently decontaminate a decontamination space of a relatively small volume by heating a gas feed conduit without heating the decontamination space. <P>SOLUTION: A second decontamination apparatus 5 includes a sealing means 7 which forms a decontamination space S1 at the connection between an isolator 2 and an incubator 2; a decontamination medium supply means 8 for supplying a decontamination medium vaporized via the gas feed conduit 41 into the decontamination space S1; a gas feed means for feeding gas into the gas feed conduit 41; a heating means for heating the gas fed by the gas feed means; and a first branch conduit 48 branching from the gas feed conduit 41. The gas heated by the heating means is caused to circulate through the first branch conduit to heat the gas feed conduit (a); with the gas feed conduit heated, the vaporized decontamination medium supplied by the decontamination medium supply means is caused to circulate into the decontamination space (b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
