<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder internal pressure waveform processing device capable of accurately specifying the top dead center without making a sampling interval excessively narrow. <P>SOLUTION: An internal sampling signal is generated by multiplying a crank angle sensor signal, a measurement cylinder internal pressure time series is stored by sampling the cylinder internal pressure for each internal sampling signal, a pseudo cylinder internal pressure time series having an interval narrower than the internal sampling signal interval is generated from the measurement cylinder internal pressure time series during non-combustion operation, a peak position is extracted from the pseudo cylinder internal pressure time series, a difference between the top dead center position by a crank angle sensor and the peak position of the pseudo-cylinder internal pressure time series is defined as a top dead center off-set value, and a true top dead center position is calculated from the top end center position by the crank angle sensor and the top dead center off-set value during combustion operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
