The heel holder (1) has an interconnect structure (3) having a connection structure portion (3a) that is connected with clamping apparatus (4) in pivot (9). A connection structure portion (3b) is linearly and diplaceably connected with a base board (2) into and against the direction of ski. The connection structure portion (3a) is moved in guiding engagement with connection structure portion (3b) in guide transverse to ski direction. A locking lever (15) of locking mechanism is provided to lock the holder with a pressure element (13) either in driving position or in walking position.
