The aim of the invention to provide a quality monitoring system that can identify monitored network objects with faults that have the greatest effect to the usability of the communication network. So the use of capacity and importance of use of these elements is higher than in other monitored network object. Therefore it is important to repair these elements faster than the other elements. Also the maintenance should keep these elements in good condition. Therefore it is good practice to prioritize maintenance actions.
