PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an inter-carrier interference so as to enable use of an entire frequency even near a cell edge.SOLUTION: When an interference signal causing an inter-carrier interference is detected, a mobile station 14 reports the event to a base station 12-1 under the communication (S100). The base station 12-1 sequentially requests adjacent base stations 12-2, 3 and so on for temporary stopping of wireless transmissions until the mobile station 14 reports an event of reduction of interference signal power (S102, S110). When the power of the detected interference signal is reduced, the mobile station 14 reports the reduction amount to the base station 12-1 (S116). In this event, the base station 12-1 estimates that a base station 12-3 that has requested a temporary stopping of a wireless transmission immediately before the step S116 is the transmission source of the interference signal detected by the mobile station 14, and requests the base station 12-3 to reduce the transmission power by the reduction amount reported in the step S116 (S118). |
