<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wallpaper having a polyvinyl chloride surface layer to which a deodorant, a water repellent resin compound, and a layered silicate mineral are firmly attached so as to enhance persistence of deodorizing power, achieving antifouling property and an allergen-reducing function as well. <P>SOLUTION: An antifouling deodorant wallpaper has a surface layer to which a deodorant composed of a porous inorganic material, an amine compound, and a metal oxide, a water repellent resin compound, and a layered silicate mineral are attached by a binder resin with a penetrant so as to substantially enhance deodorizing power and persistence of the deodorizing power.
