<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin mold which is a mold for imprinting, made of a resin, and easily releasable and of which the surface has good fine shape precision even in a case that the surface is subjected to hydrophilizing processing. <P>SOLUTION: The resin mold comprises a material containing a resin component (a). The resin component (a) is applied to the smooth surface of a base material having the smooth surface and dried to form a resin layer (A) having a smooth surface to thereby obtain the resin mold of which the static contact angle (X1) measured according to JIS R3257 when 3μL of water is arranged on the smooth surface of the formed resin layer (A) satisfies a condition (1). The resin component (b) in a material constituting a transfer object is applied to the smooth surface of the base material having the smooth surface and dried to form a resin layer 11 having the smooth surface and, after 3μL of water 13 is arranged on the smooth surface of the formed resin layer 11, the absolute valueθof the difference between the static contact angle (Y1) and static contact angle (X1) of the resin mold measured according to JIS R3257 is 20-60°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
