<p>Provided is a chair capable of stably and securely mounting an optional member on a backrest with a simple structure, easily adjusting a mounting position of the optional member in an upward/downward direction, and maintaining a good appearance of the backrest even after the optional member is dismounted. The chair is such that concave grooves (19) recessed rearward and forward and oriented in an upward/downward direction are formed in front and rear surfaces of left and right side portions of a backrest (6), and portions of mounting members (22) installed at both sides of a hanger (21), which is an optional member, are engaged with the concave grooves (19) to mount the optional member on the backrest (6).</p> |
