<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and promptly perform the extraction/insertion work of a large-sized piston by even a small number of workers without lifting the piston by slinging work using a crane. <P>SOLUTION: This piston extraction device 1 comprises: a guide 30 in which a piston placing table 20 has a plurality of guide rollers 32; an abutting face 40 erected with respect to the guide 30; and a turning mechanism 50 which integrally turns the guide 30 and the abutting face 40. In a horizontal attitude H, the guide 30 places the guided piston 4 on the guide rollers 32 while guiding the piston 4 frontward in the horizontal direction along the guide rollers 32, and the abutting face 40 abuts on the front end face of the piston 4 in the opposite direction and regulates frontward movement, and in a vertical attitude V, the piston 4 is placed on the abutting face 40 while the abutting face 40 supports the front end face of the piston 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
