The invention relates to a receptacle designed for culture of cells including a first access channel (4) to the volume inside the receptacle, that is located on a transverse edge of the receptacle, the receptacle comprising a longitudinal folding line (7) along which the receptacle can be folded so as to form a first and a second compartment (8, 9) on each side of said folding line (7), the first compartment (8) being provided with a first longitudinal deflector (10) that is arranged to form a first confinement chamber (12) and a first nutrition chamber (13), said first chambers being in fluid communication and second compartment (9) being provided with a second longitudinal deflector (14) that is arranged to form a second confinement chamber (16) and a second nutrition chamber (17), said second chambers being in fluidic communication. |
