To reduce a decrease in data transmission efficiency. A measuring unit (1a) measures channel values of propagation channels based on a pilot signal transmitted from a wireless terminal (2). An interpolation coefficient calculating unit (1b) calculates interpolation coefficients used to estimate channel values for one of antennas (2ca to 2cc) of the wireless terminal (2) by using channel values for the rest of the antennas (2ca to 2cc) of the wireless terminal (2), which channel values are measured by the measuring unit (1a). An estimate value calculating unit (1c) estimates the channel values for the one of the antennas (2ca to 2cc) of the wireless terminal (2) based on the interpolation coefficients calculated by the interpolation coefficient calculating unit (1b) and the channel values for the rest of the antennas (2ca to 2cc) of the wireless terminal (2) measured by the measuring unit (1a).
