<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker, in which cooking containers of different kinds of shapes and materials are used, capable of performing an automatic cooking operation based on proper heating time, when using cooking containers of different kinds of thermal capacity.SOLUTION: A heating cooker, which includes heating means for heating a cooking container and a cooking object and control means for controlling a heating operation, includes cooking container temperature measurement means. The cooking container temperature measurement means can measure elapsed time during which the cooking container temperature, which is a measuring object, reaches predetermined second temperature from first temperature. The control means executes cooking container thermal capacity determination processing for determining the thermal capacity of the cooking container based on the elapsed time when the cooking container is heated from the first temperature to the second temperature in a state where a cooking object is not input, and executes cooking object input volume determination processing for determining the input volume of the cooking object based on the determined cooking container thermal capacity and drop width of the cooking container temperature when the cooking object is input.</p> |
