<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle head that can plot an angle of a sub-main shaft in a circumferential direction at an arbitrary coordinate without the need of moving a machine coordinate. <P>SOLUTION: The angle head includes: a main shaft 3; a piston 15 formed continuously to a piston shaft 14 inserted into a hollow path 13 and causing a hollow chamber 12 to slide; the sub-main shaft 24; an edged tool holder 27 provided in a tip of the sub-main shaft; a transmission means 28 for transmitting the rotation of the main shaft to the sub-main shaft; a driven side clutch 29 turning together with the main shaft and a driving side clutch 30 sliding freely in longitudinal direction relative to the main shaft; phase fixing pins 32 supported to support parts positioned in a plurality of equally divided positions in an outer circumference of the driving side clutch, and exerting returning force in a piston direction; angle plotting holes 35 into which tips of the phase fixing pins are fitted; an action means C for releasing the engagement between the angle plotting holes and the phase fixing pins and engaging the driven side clutch with the driving side clutch by the advancement of piston shaft; and a feeding path 45 for feeding the air for pressing the piston. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
