<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to a placing table due to torsion force when bolts and nuts for fixing a battery are fastened.SOLUTION: A fixing structure for a vehicular battery, in which a battery module 18 is mounted on a case body 20 of a battery case provided on a vehicle and the battery 18 is fixed to the case body 20 by means of a battery fixing bracket 35 provided across the upper surface of the battery module 18, comprises: a columnar shaft 60 extended upright on the case body 20 such that the lower end thereof is fixed to a support member 30 supporting the case body 20; and a bracket 61 provided on the case body 20 and supporting the upper end of the shaft 60. The bracket 61 is provided with a rectangular shaft support hole 62. The battery fixing bracket 35 is fastened to the upper end of the shaft 60 by means of a nut 40. A side face of the shaft 60 has a restriction part formed flat. The restriction part is inserted into the shaft support hole 62 and locked by the bracket 61, thereby restricting the rotation of the shaft 60 with respect to the bracket 61.</p> |
