The present invention relates to a pull-out device drawing a bearing inner ring press-fitted to an axle in a vehicle maintenance of a railroad car which can uniformly heat the bearing inner ring by having a heating unit, and safely transfer a drawn bearing by accommodating the drawn bearing inside a drawing unit.
