<p>The present invention relates to a slicing method for separating molecular weight on surfaces with the use of a circular cone-shaped gel electrophoresis extractor, which is used in various molecular biology methods and DNA tests and is designed for making up for an existing slicing method for separating molecular weight with limits in which purity becomes lower if there is a lot of impurity, so gel is cut to extract proteins, and if the gel is cut, the level of turbidity increases. In the present invention, firstly, the type of proteins according to molecular weight is painted on the surface; secondly, a protein is classified while reducing the level of the turbidity; and lastly, only protein can be separated with use of a small amount of protocol.</p> |
