<p>PURPOSE: A method for counting the number of works performed by heavy equipment and calculating accumulative fatigue is provided to grasp the number of task performances according to task type to be utilized as data for use history management of equipment and quality assurance. CONSTITUTION: A method for counting the number of works performed by heavy equipment and calculating accumulative fatigue comprises following steps. Each displacement signal is received from multiple operating elements enabling the task of the equipment for construction(301). Multiple sample data are extracted from the received displacement signal(303). The multiple sample data are compared with reference pattern data, and whether which one among multiple task types is enabled is determined(304). The pressure of the cylinder is measured from the multiple operating elements. The measured pressure of the cylinder is compared with the standard value(306).</p> |
