Disclosed is a cooking apparatus for fried food which can be used to prepare fried food in large quantities in a fried food restaurant, can achieve uniform frying for a predetermined period of time when the fried food is prepared, and can be conveniently used. The cooking apparatus for fired food of the present invention comprises: a frying bath containing oil; a heating unit installed at one side of the frying bath; a plurality of separation plates for dividing the inside of the frying bath at predetermined intervals; a transport unit installed at the frying bath and transferring the separation plates; and a control unit for controlling the temperature of the heating unit and the driving of the transport unit. |
