The invention relates to a process for galvanochemical treatment of wastewaters from organic dyes and can be used in the light and dyeing industry enterprises. The process, according to the invention, comprises the galvanocoagulatory treatment of wastewaters upon their passage through a load of mixture containing iron and aluminum chips, sulphocoal and magnetite particles. At the same time, in the wastewaters is added waste solution of sodium chloride obtained in processes for water softening by Na-cationization and hydrogen peroxide. The treatment process is carried out at pH 6.5…7.5, with the linear rate of the treated water flow of 5…10 cm/min in a rotary drum of the galvanocoagulator. Thereafter is carried out the water clarification in a magnetic field, followed by photocatalytic treatment of clarified water upon UV exposure.
|
