a cover moveable with respect to a cavity; a power supply within said cavity having an input for receiving power from a source and an output for delivering power to the load; and a chassis within said cavity separating said cavity into a first wiring compartment and a second wiring compartment, said chassis having an aperture, wherein said power supply is situated in said aperture with said input in said first wiring compartment and said output in said second wiring compartment.
