摘要 <p>The invention relates to the mechanical engineering industry, namely to screw electric submersible pumps, and can be used for pumping friable and liquid media with different solid impurities.The screw electric pump with autonomous cooling includes a metal housing (1), closed in the lower part with a base (8) with entry windows (10) and/or a lateral inlet port (2) for the pumped medium, and in its upper part is installed a discharge nozzle (3), and an inverse electric motor, disposed in the housing (1) with the formation of an annular channel therebetween. At the same time, the electric motor comprises a rotor, consisting of a sleeve (17) with permanent magnets (18), fixed on its inner surface. Inside the rotor is placed a stator, consisting of a package (20) of the stator with windings (19). The electric motor further comprises a fixed shaft, consisting of a hollow part (22), on which is fixed the package (20) of the stator, and a solid part (21), it also comprises a cover (24) with a bearing (15) and a seal, secured in the upper part of the sleeve (17) and through which passes the hollow part (22) of the shaft, a partition (9b) with a seal, secured in the sleeve (17) below the package (20) of the stator and the magnets (18), and a cover (9a) with a seal, secured in the lower part of the sleeve (17), at the same time through the cover (9a) and the partition (9b) passes the solid part (21) of the shaft, the end of which is fixed in the base (8). Between the cover (9a) and the partition (9b) is formed a chamber (13), filled with lubricating fluid and wherein is placed a radial thrust bearing, consisting of a thrust plate (12), attached to the sleeve (17), and a bearing plate (11), fixed on the shaft. The pump further comprises a screw (7), disposed in the annular channel and attached to the sleeve (17) of the rotor, a reservoir (5) with a cover (6) with a filling opening (26), filled with cooling fluid and secured by fasteners (4) to the housing (1), wherein the reservoir (5) communicates with the hollow part (22) of the shaft, and an electric stator power supply cable (25).</p>
