1. A compound represented by Formula II, its enantiomers, diastereoisomers, tautomers, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,wherein:
a is 1 and b is 0; R1 is optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted heterocycle, optionally substituted C6-10 aryl, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkenyl, —NR11R12 or —OR13; R2 is optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl or optionally substituted C6-10 aryl; R3 is hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl, halogen, —COOR15, —OR13, —NR11R12, NO2, optionally substituted heterocycle, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-10 aryl or optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkenyl; R4 is hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl, halogen, —COOR15, —OR13, —NR11R12, NO2, optionally substituted heterocycle, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-10 aryl or optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkenyl; R5 is halogen; R6 is hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl, halogen, —COOR15, —OR13, —NR11R12, NO2, optionally substituted heterocycle, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-10 aryl or optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkenyl; R7 is hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl, halogen, —COOR15, —OR13, —NR11R12, NO2, optionally substituted heterocycle, optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-10 aryl or optionally substituted C3-8 cycloalkenyl; R8 is hydrogen, optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl or optionally substituted C6-10 aryl; R9 is optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl or optionally substituted C6-10 aryl; R10 is optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl or optionally substituted C6-10 aryl; R11 is hydrogen or optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl; R12 is hydrogen or optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl; R13 is hydrogen or optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl; and R15 is hydrogen or optionally substituted C1-8 alkyl. |
