摘要 The instant invention pertains to the use of an antistatic composition comprising a polar thermoplastic polymer and an ionic liquid as antistatic additive for non-polar thermo-plastic or elastomeric polymers. Further aspects of the invention are a process for the preparation of an antistatic non-polar thermoplastic or elastomeric polymer which process comprises incorporating therein a mixture of a polar thermoplastic polymer and an ionic liquid and the composition of a polar thermoplastic polymer, an ionic liquid and a non-polar thermoplastic or elastomeric polymer.
