摘要 <p>The present invention provides an environment and a method for effectively conserving amount of active vitamins by considering degree of vital reaction against ascorbic acids contained in a commercialized vitamin product, measuring breaking degree of active ascorbic acid according to physical and chemical variables, and considering the biological and chemical experimental results. The composition according to the present invention is formed into a soft capsule by: mixing 85-90 wt% of vitamin C, 0.1-2 wt% of squalene, 0.1-2 wt% of bees wax, 0.1-2 wt% of glycerin, and 0.01-0.1 wt% of blue colored edible pigment or anthocyanin pigment; filling the mixture into soft capsules and molding the same; drying using a dryer; and finally drying in a fume chamber. The present invention confirmed the fact that the composition: is in the soft capsule form, thereby enhancing usability; and highly absorbs ultraviolet rays, thereby being a coating agent which protects vitamin C. Especially, the composition stabilizes the vitamin C, thereby effectively preventing the vitamin C from being decomposed by external environments including water, temperature, ray, and the likes. By coating the vitamin C with the composition for two or three times, an innovative protective capsule type vitamin C can be formed.</p>
