The present invention relates to a pulverulent adhesive for textile reinforcing inserts, which is dispersible in water, for the production of reinforced rubber products. The adhesive thereby comprises an at least partially capped, low-molecular isocyanate, a wetting agent, a binder and also possibly further additives.

1. A pulverulent adhesive for textile reinforcing inserts, which is dispersible in water, consisting of
(A) 35-95% by weight of at least one at least partially capped, low-molecular isocyanate, (B) 0.1-10% by weight of at least one wetting agent, (C) 5-40% by weight of at least one binder, (D) 0-5% by weight of at least one catalyst and (E) 0-10% by weight of at least one additive, the proportions of (A) to (E) adding up to 100% by weight, wherein the pulverulent adhesive is a dispersible powder having an average particle diameter in the range of 50 to 5,000 μm.
