A propulsion device including a chamber that stores a superfluid, a substrate coupled to a portion of the chamber, a plurality of orifices extending through the substrate, each of the plurality of orifices having a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the first end disposed in an interior of the chamber and the second end disposed outside the chamber; and a pressure source that generates a pressure differential between the first end of each of the plurality of orifices and the second end of each of the plurality of orifices.

1. A propulsion device comprising:
a chamber storing a pressurized superfluid, the chamber having an outlet; a support mounted in the outlet of the chamber; a plurality of orifices extending through the support, each of the plurality of orifices having a first end and a second end on an opposite side of the orifice from the first end, the first end disposed in the interior of the chamber and the second end disposed outside the chamber; and a pressure source adapted to generate a pressure differential between the first end of each of the plurality of orifices and the second ends of each of the plurality of orifices, each of the first end receiving pressurized superfluid such that pressurized superfluid flows through the plurality of orifices toward each of the second end so that superfluid imparts thrust at each of the second end.
