摘要 The electromechanical press is intended for cutting and stamping thin-wall metal parts and it finds an application in the field of machine building. The press provides the impact forces necessary for cutting or stamping parts with different shapes and sizes. The press includes a servomotor (13), whose body is immovably attached to a body of a reduction gear (11) so that the shaft of the engine (13) is immovably connected with the input shaft of the reduction gear (11), mounted immovably to an upper cover (10) of a box (8). On the output shaft of the reduction gear (11) is mounted an immovable cogwheel (9), meshed with a cogwheel (14), mounted immovably on a vertical shaft (15), which rests, through conical bearings, on a cover (7) of the support structure of the press. In the lower part of the vertical shaft (15) are immovably mounted horizontal axes, in whose ends rest, through bearings (18), eccentric rollers (17), so that the rollers roll on a rail ring (20), fixed immovably on a press plate (5), equipped with vertical guides (4). In the lower part of the press plate (5) is immovably mounted an impact hammer (23), which forcefully impacts a die (2), fixed immovably to the lower movable part of the guides (4) and which is guided vertically relative to the plate (5) by a sliding joint and is supported in upper vertical position by a spring (22). The unique position of the rollers (17) relative to the press plate (5) and their normal rolling on the ring (20) is ensured by cogwheels (16) immovably and coaxially connected with the rollers (17) and a cogwheel (21) coaxial to the shaft (15) and immovably connected to the press plate (5). A characteristic feature of the press is the fact that in order to perform the reciprocating movement of the impact hammer (23), the rotation direction of the engine shaft doesn’t need to be changed. The engine control comes down to changing the engine momentum and angular velocity of the rotor according to the requirements of the necessary synchronization with the movement system of the pressed detail. The use of eccentric rollers (17) creates an opportunity to realize different frequency of the press impacts, different movement of the impact hammer (23), and different size of the press impact, by using eccentric rollers (17) with different eccentricity, different external diameter, and different diameter of the circumference on which the rollers roll (17).
