PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel caster capable of exhibiting a suspension function with a structure similar to that of a caster which has generally popularized.SOLUTION: A caster 1 comprises: a wheel 2 having a shaft hole 21; an elastic axle 3 inserted into the shaft hole 21, and is formed of a plate spring; and a bearing part 4 disposed between the shaft hole 21 and the elastic axle 3, and supporting the wheel 2 rotatably to the elastic axle 3.
