PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite film and a sunlight reflecting film mirror having resistance to adhesion of sand or the like, excellent scratch resistance due to sand or the like and excellent washability for the adhered sand or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a composite film having a support and a surface coating layer, where the elasticity recovery rate of the surface coating layer is 60% or more, the surface hardness is 100 N/mmor less and the water contact angle of the surface is 40° or less. |
