摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excessive acceleration and the overshoot of a vehicle speed while securing an engine rotation number necessary for cargo handling.SOLUTION: A control device constituting a vehicle speed control device of an industrial vehicle limits an upper limit of a target engine rotation number according to an actual engine rotation number when deciding the target engine rotation number by using PI control on the basis of a difference between a target vehicle speed and an actual vehicle speed. The control device comprises: a P-gain increase amount calculation part 34; a P-item calculation part 30 which calculates a P-item on the basis of the difference between the target vehicle speed and the actual vehicle speed, and the P-gain increase amount value which is calculated at the P-gain increase amount calculation part; and an I-item calculation part 32 which calculates an I-item on the basis of the difference between the target vehicle speed and the actual vehicle speed. The P-gain increase amount calculation part 34 calculates the P-gain increase amount value from a map which is obtained by a test in advance on the basis of the difference between the target vehicle speed Vo and the actual vehicle speed V which passes through a filter 33, and the actual engine rotation number N.
