The discharge electrode 18 is elongated in a first direction Y. The counter electrode 22 is arranged so as to be opposite to the discharge electrode 18. The voltage application part 34 applies voltage to the counter electrode 22 and discharge electrode 18. The insulation members 20 are provided between the discharge electrode 18 and counter electrode 22. The change unit 42 changes the positions of the insulation members 20 so that a discharge width in the first direction Y in a discharge region formed between the electrodes changes. |
