PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement device and an arrangement method for gripping an electric conductor by gripping devices with an inexpensive, simple and small configuration.SOLUTION: A stator manufacturing apparatus 1 for arranging coil elements 40 annularly includes a plurality of gripping devices 230 arranged annularly and gripping the coil elements 40, respectively, robot arms 210a, 210b for supplying the coil elements 40 to the gripping devices 230, and a turntable 220 for turning the plurality of gripping devices 230 integrally. Consequently, a plurality of coil elements 40 can be arranged annularly side by side, while supplying the coil elements 40 to the same arrangement points P1, P2 by means of the robot arms 210a, 210b and gripping the coil elements by means of the gripping devices 230, by turning a plurality of gripping devices 230 arranged annularly side by side on the turntable 220. |
