<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy brazing sheet for fluxless brazing capable of performing brazing without using flux in an inactive gas atmosphere and capable of providing an excellent brazing performance equal to or more than the brazing performance in the brazing using flux.SOLUTION: Brazing material which comprises Si of 6 to 13% (mass%, the same hereinafter), one kind or more among Li of 0.004 to 0.2%, Be of 0.004 to 0.2%, Ca of 0.001 to 0.1% and Ba of 0.001 to 0.1%, Al of the remaining part and inevitable impurities clads one surface or both surfaces of core material of aluminum alloy, and surface layer material in which the Si content, Cu content and Mg content are respectively restricted to 2% or less, 0.3% or less and 0.15% or less, and Al of the remaining part and inevitable impurities are contained is applied on the surface of the blazing material with a cladding rate of 0.2 to 1.0%. Therein, the surface layer material is dissolved into braze molten upon brazing and is extinguished.</p> |
