<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backlash diagnosis system, a machine tool and a backlash diagnosis method which can extract a backlash.SOLUTION: A backlash diagnosis system 10 comprises: a touch sensor 52 which includes a detection part 520; a tool stage 4 which can move in a prescribed moving direction against the detection part 520; a tool 9 for measurement which is fitted to the tool stage 4 and includes a pair of contact parts 91a, 91b that are arranged apart from each other in the moving direction; and a control device 2 which calculates a backlash in the moving direction by arranging the pair of contact parts 91a, 91b at both sides of the detection part 520, moving the tool 9 for measurement backward to contact one contact part 91a, and moving the tool 9 for measurement forward to contact the other contact part 91b.</p> |
