PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device which enables an implant to be easily embedded in an organism, which makes a burden on a patient light and which makes patient safety high, and a puncture method.SOLUTION: A medical device 100 includes a guide member 8 for guiding a cutting edge part 111 when a part, in which a puncture is started, of a surface of an organism, is incised by the cutting edge part 111, before a puncture member 3 for performing the puncture for body tissue to form an insertion hole enabling insertion of an implant 9 into the body tissue performs the puncture for the body tissue.
