<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire hydrant box capable of achieving a shape-retaining hose for a fire hydrant which easily enables the recognition of a location or a storage state of the shape-retaining hose for a fire hydrant in the dark in the event of fire or the like, and facilitates the confirmation of a position of the hose and a hose line and the recognition of a returning route to the fire hydrant for a fire extinguishing worker.SOLUTION: A fire hydrant box 10 is configured by storing a shape-retaining hose 1 that is provided with a lining layer of a synthetic resin on an inner surface of a jacket cylindrically woven by a warp and a weft made of a synthetic fiber, and has an internal diameter of 18 to 41 mm. A part having a reflective material and a part having a luminous material are formed on at least a part of a surface of the jacket of the shape-retaining hose, at least one of a water discharge nozzle 12 and a water supply opening and closing valve 11 that are connected to the shape-retaining hose has a layer of the luminous material on the surface, and at least a part of a door part of the fire hydrant box is formed to have a transparent part.</p> |
