<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a nurse having a portable terminal which is a calling target on a certain patient, but in which there is no incoming call received, from remaining unaware of a past call when there is a call from the same patient next time.SOLUTION: When a call control unit 26 performs calling to a plurality of portable terminals in response to a call from a patient, it reads out calling history information on the patient who has performed calling, from a calling history storage unit 12, and transmits it to the plurality of portable terminals so that even when there is no incoming call received in some of the portable terminals of the plurality of portable terminals which are calling targets on a certain patient when there is a call from that patient, the calling history information at the time when there is no incoming call received previous time is caused to be transmitted and displayed when there is a call from the same patient next time, and a nurse can check past calls when he or she receives an incoming call.</p> |
