PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a graft material capable of developing and engrafting cells of tissues around a graft to the graft material in a short period and wide range.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a graft material including: a manufacturing step of mixing a polymer of 2-N,N-dimethylamino ethyl metacrylate, 2-amino-2-hydroxymethyl-1,3-propanediol and one or more kinds of anionic material selected from nucleic acid, heparin, hyaluronic acid, dextran sulfate, polystyrene sulfonate or the like to manufacture a composition for cell culture; a preparation step of coating a culture surface of a cell culture vessel with the composition for cell culture to prepare a coated cell culture vessel; an inoculation step of inoculating cells on the culture surface of the coated cell culture vessel with a cell density of 1.0×10/mmor more; and an adhesion step of adhering a cell structure manufactured by a culture step of culturing the inoculated cells to a base material for a graft. The base material for the graft is preferably porous or artificial blood vessel. |
