PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that allows reducing the wiring inductance of a snubber circuit including a snubber capacitor.SOLUTION: An inverter device 100 (power conversion device) includes: a horizontal switch element 11 having a first current path C1 between a source electrode S1 and a drain electrode D1; snubber capacitors 15 and 16 electrically connected to the horizontal switch element 11; and a first substrate 20 on which the snubber capacitors 15 and 16 are mounted and to which the source electrode S1 and the drain electrode D1 on a surface 11a side of the horizontal switch element 11 are connected. The first substrate 20 includes a second current path C3 in which a current flows in a substantially reverse direction to the first current path C1 for passing a current between the source electrode S1 and the drain electrode D1 of the horizontal switch element 11, and disposed at a position facing the first current path C1. |
