PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deviation of an actual external charging completion time from a charging completion schedule time.SOLUTION: A charger 300, on receiving power from a power supply 400 outside a vehicle, charges a power storage device B. A control device 200 controls the charger 300 to complete charging the power storage device B at the charging completion schedule time. The control device 200 calculates: an estimated required charging time indicative of a time duration from the initial start of charging to the completion of charging; and a charging time margin which is set to be longer as a longer amount of interruption, indicative of the degree of interruption of charging during a time from the initial start of charging to the completion of charging, so as to control the charger 300 to start charging earlier by a time, equivalent to the charging time margin, than a charging start time calculated from the charging completion schedule time and the estimated required charging time. |
