<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact load absorber capable of reducing development cost, and capable of shortening a development period, by providing a target impact absorption characteristic, without requiring correction of a forming die.SOLUTION: The impact load absorber comprises a plate-like substrate 2, a plurality of rib bodies 3 composed of a plate piece erected on a reverse surface 2a of the substrate 2 and an impact absorption mold 4 formed by juxtaposing a plurality of hollow cylindrical parts 4a having both ends open and joining mutual connection pieces 4b of the adjacent hollow cylindrical parts, and the respective rib bodies 3 are inserted from one opening into the respective hollow cylindrical parts 4a of the impact absorption mold 4, and a plurality of impact absorption parts composed of a fitting body of the respective rib bodies 3 and the respective hollow cylindrical parts 4a, are continuously provided thereby.</p> |
