PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out a solid object disposed within a liquid while preventing the concentration of loads onto a spot.SOLUTION: In a take-out apparatus 1 of a solid object within a liquid to take out the solid object 110 disposed within the liquid in a storage pool 100, a first opening 102 and a second opening 103 are disposed at a ceiling 101 covering the upper part of the storage pool 100. The take-out apparatus 1 of a solid object within a liquid includes: a recovery device 2 which can be disposed within the storage pool 100 via the first opening 102, and where the solid object 110 is recovered to the outside of the storage pool 100 from the first opening 102; and a guide device 3 which can be disposed within the storage pool 100 via the second opening 103, and where the solid object 110 is guided to the recovery device 2.
