<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems for example, when hot length is cut length of a casting piece, an error between required weight of the casting piece and weight of an actually produced casting piece, occurs.SOLUTION: A cutting device 17 cuts a strand 8 which is pulled out from a casting mold 5 into which molten steel 3 is poured by cut length determined by required weight, for producing a casting piece 9. A measurement tool 18 measures cold length of the casting piece 9. A process computer 16 calculates a hot length correction coefficient for correcting hot length of the casting piece for every casting piece 9 based on the cold length of the casting piece 9 acquired from the measurement tool 18, and then instructs the hot length corrected by the hot length correction coefficient as cut length of the casting piece 9 to the cutting device 17.</p> |
