<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet coating device capable of correctly controlling a pressing pressure of a needle for coating with respect to a base material with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A droplet coating device includes: a base material support part for supporting a base material; a coating liquid storage part which is arranged so as to face the base material supported by the base material support part, in which a coating liquid is stored and in which a micropore is formed having the size from which the coating liquid does not flow out on a bottom surface; a needle for coating which is arranged in a position above the micropore of the coating liquid storage part, and which can move between a state where the coating liquid is attached to a tip, and a state where the micropore is penetrated; and a needle for coating driving part for moving the needle for coating so as to bring the coating liquid attached to the tip of the needle for coating into contact as droplets with respect to the base material on the base material support part. The needle for coating is made of alloy having superelasticity, and the needle for coating driving part moves the needle for coating so as to bring the tip of the needle for coating into contact with respect to the base material on the base material support part.</p> |
