PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect outer wall securely in a short time without giving a physical burden to an inspector.SOLUTION: An imaging section 20 is fixed to a universal head part 38 provided on one end part 36 of a telescopic pole 30, and the other end part 39 of the telescopic pole 30 is supported on a ground surface (below). In the state where a roller surface 46b (tip part) of a roller part 46 of a guide rail part 40, which is fixed to the telescopic pole 30 and holds the imaging section 20 and an outer wall 100 at an equal distance from each other, is pushed against a joint part 140 extending along the outer wall 100, a total length of the telescopic pole 30 is adjusted by a total length adjusting section 35 while the imaging section 20 and the outer wall 100 are kept at an equal distance from each other. A video transmission section 50 transmits video of the outer wall 100 captured by the imaging section 20 to a video recording section 55 and a video display section 60 to record or display the video while the roller surface 46b (tip part) of the roller part 46 of the guide rail part 40 is moved along the joint part 140 of the outer wall 100. |
